Saturday 2nd September 1pm – 4.30pm, on the Village Green

… with Cream Teas in the Reading Room.

Our Flower and Produce Show will be an informal event on The Green, similar to last year. An opportunity for everyone to bring flowers, fruit, vegetables, foods and crafts to display and then discuss over a cream tea. As last year, judging will follow the informal nature of the event, considering appearance and presentation (and taste) rather than any formal horticultural standards.

Details of the competition categories are here, and a paper copy has been circulated with the Valley News.

Bring your entries to the marquee on the The Green between 9am to 11am on Saturday 2nd September.

You can enter as many categories as you wish however only one entry per category. There are no entry fees.

The marquee will be closed for judging 11am to 1pm.

The organisers will be in touch soon, looking for some extra hands to help with set-up.

Please bring along as many flower, veg, cake, jam and handicraft entries as you can, and afterwards come and enjoy a cream tea, see the full range of exhibits (1pm to 4.30pm) and have a sociable afternoon, hopefully, in sunshine like last year.

Hope to see you on the 2nd September.
