I have over 25 years experience as an administrator and have worked across several different industries being a ‘jack of all trades’ when it comes to general office tasks including accounts administration, customer service, sales and marketing.
As I am used to working for small companies and sole traders, I have a keen understanding of the workings and problems that a small business can experience. I am friendly and approachable and very easy to work with. I also have experience as a trainer and so I can help you to understand your business admin, basic accounts and any other skills you may be lacking to run your business effectively!
