2 notices from Dorchester Living:

1.
Dorchester Living, the principal developers at Heyford Park, would like to invite all residents within the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan area to a special Priority Open Day on Saturday the 15th October. One of the main pieces of feedback that has resulted from the Neighbourhood Plan process is that there is a lack of affordable, smaller units in the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood for either first time buyers or down-sizers. Not only does Dorchester have an obligation to prioritise those within the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood for affordable shared-ownership housing due to their connection to Heyford Park, but we have just launched a new phase of housing that is available for reservation. The Mid-Cherwell Priority Open Day will include a discussion on affordable housing at Heyford Park, an accompanied site walk around the development area and an opportunity to visit some show homes. Appointments can be booked between 10am and 4pm, so if you would like to attend please email j.evett@dorchestergrp.com.

2.
Dorchester Living invite you to attend our community consultation drop-in sessions regarding proposals for our Phase 9 planning application. This comprises a 297 unit scheme for new homes on the land that is west of the Specialisms’ Campus. Phase 9 will be the first planning application that takes into account the additional 1600 homes that were allocated to Heyford Park by Cherwell District Council as part of their Local Plan Part One. As well as information boards and plans detailing the proposed scheme, there will be representatives from Dorchester Living who will be available to answer any questions that you may have. There will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the scheme to date, and we will use the comments that are received to revise the proposals further. We hope residents of Heyford Park, as well as those in neighbouring communities that are interested in the proposals, will be able to join us at one of the drop-in sessions listed below:

Wednesday 12th October
12pm-2pm
or alternatively
5pm-7pm

Both drop in sessions will take place at:
Heyford Park Community Centre
Brice Road
Heyford Park
OX25 5TE

We hope to see you on the 12th
