Re-organising Upper Heyford and Heyford Park into two Parishes
Upper Heyford Parish Council has asked Cherwell District Council to consider reorganising the parish in order to reflect the very different needs of both Heyford Park and Upper Heyford Village. Heyford Park is a rapidly expanding development and Upper Heyford Village remains a small rural village. The needs and aspirations for each community will be different. It is important therefore that both communities are fully represented by their own Parish Council.
