Another New Parish Councillor

Please join us in welcoming Tessa O’Brien to the Parish Council.

Tessa spent most of her life living in Upper Heyford. Now bringing up her own kids in the village she thought it would be great to be a Parish Councillor, to be a part of how the village changes and evolves over time. Tessa works for Oxford University in Purchasing.

With the addition of Tessa, the Parish Council is now back to full strength, with all positions filled.
